I had an okay stay at the hotel, which boasts a wonderful view of the pool and ocean from the rooms. While the hotel staff were friendly and fun, the dining options were lacking, especially with limited restaurants nearby. The overall ambiance could use improvement, especially the loud music. For my next trip to Punta Cana, I might consider checking out a different property to see if other five-star resorts meet my expectations.
